I cannot recommend Corcapa or Rob Babcock highly enough. I was very much a beginner when my parents asked for my help in looking into 1031 exchanges. I had read some online posts and tried to educate myself with other resources but didn't truly understand all the rules and opportunities until I started working with Rob. He ALWAYS answered all of my questions in a humble and clear manner. He was the best kind of expert...he provided expertise openly, consistently and at any time of the day or week. I've held multiple investment properties (condos and single family homes) over the past 25+ years and have necessarily dealt with the inevitable landlord headaches with both the homes and tenants. I was already familiar with the 1031 Exchange process from previous experience. I was introduced to Corcapa 1031 Advisors several years ago but never got around to trying out the process of selling an investment property and rolling the proceeds over into Delaware Statutory Trusts.
